Kinetic work relating to the 16 sunrises and 16 sunsets astronauts experience on international space station per 24 hours.


Our bodies internal clock, the circadian rhythm, which is in sync with the 24-hour cycle of day and night on earth. The rhythm itself triggers important bodily functions like metabolism and the sleep cycle. They are found in most living things, including humans, animals, plants and many small microbes. In space, astronauts Earth-based rhythm prevails over the new environment.
